REMIX!!!!!!!

BIG THANK YOU to Guest Blogger Amber!

Amber, Nikki, Whitney, Kaitlin, Ana and Megan totally represented the PP&P at Nationals. The girls made sure we didn't feel left out. Im so happy they were there! They met almost everyone they wanted to meet and yes, Ryan 'O.M.G. he looks better in person' Lochte is forever burned into the hearts of the girls after meeting him. Mel Stewart was so great meeting with the girls and taking a pic. The biggest Phelps contact was mentioned below when the girls met Debbie and Hilary. That was a major WIN. So thank you ladies, and I cant wait for the next time we can do this......

So Mike made an appearance on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien last night. First things first, Mike looked good. The peach or salmon color dress shirt with black blazer, dark wash jeans, dress socks, and black shoes was a hit for me. I totally threatened to do a Fashion Tip Wall Rush if he wore that purple hoodie. This look was very nice, not severe and cool. I dont mind if he does the hoodie thing, but he's gotta do it 'G' style. Example: Expensive or expensive looking dark hoodie, unzipped. A graphic T or plain WHITE Hanes T. Jeans with "Box Fresh" Sneaks. But he went the cool dressy casual look, so *gallery clap*

I like Conan, but it was kind of obvious that he and Mike just met. I didnt have a problem with the interview. The 'buzzkill' moment was funny, I have to say it. But I think it's time to redo the Phelps Interview Formula. At this point, you can guess how the interviews will go: 8 Golds, Coach, Mom, Feet, Mike's bored look, side smiles, and on and on.

1. Winning 8 Golds is an unmatched feat

2. No, he's not discussing regrettable behaviors and/or dates

3. Not discussing non regrettable dates of the past year

4. Definitely not giving specific swimming goals

5. Yes he is taller and can swim faster than you

REMIX!!!

How about sticking an actual question about swimming into the interview? I've been learning about swimming for the past year and its more fun and interesting than most people know. Its summertime, I think most people would like to hear about swimming. Just watching how fast pro swimmers move in the water was enough to catch my attention. There's so much more going on than swimming from wall to wall. It's the little things swimmers must do in the water to move faster or conserve energy. Not to mention all these things must be done in fractions of a second.

Maybe one day we'll see a new style of Phelps Interview, Im hoping.
