CONGRATULATIONS TO Matt Grevers for having one of the most sweetest marriage proposals ever. After winning the Back, he proposed to longtime girlfriend Annie Chandler. Very sweet moment.

HELLO Phriends!!!
I cant believe Im saying this but, there's only a few months left until the Opening Ceremonies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cant wait to get back into all the action. Havent been blogging but Ive been keeping up with the swimworld. How does 4 years go by so soon??? Are any Phriends going to the Games? If so, PLEASE resond and tell what it's like! Im happy to be back talking about swimming. And as always, Much love to the swimfans in PPP and Reezy Nation. GO TEAM PHELPS!!!
