Even though we're excited, I wonder how many of us will end up being quiet bystanders as we watch the swimmers in action, IN PERSON. The plan is to be ourselves, and those who've spent time on the Walls and in Chat with us, know what that means :)
But no worries, we won't scream too loud, or pretend to faint, or bite our fists as we watch the Phelps/Lochte matchup. We won't grin stupidly as we stand by Mel while he's interviewing, or use our cameras to zoom in on various deck changes :) We're just gonna be swimfans happy to be there and learning more about swimming. Of course we'll talk about times and results, so the whole sports aspect will be covered too ;) And we'll sprinkle Speedo talk and ab updates in various places, but not here haha.
Of course we'll post pix and vids from inside and outside the Natatorium. But we're not gonna hang out in hotels, restaurants, and stores hoping to catch a glimpse of Lochte, Thoman, or Webber-Gale. Yes we're gonna post BubbleTweets on our Twitter accounts, and just be happy to be there. Of course, if any of us get to go to Worlds.........:)
I think the most important thing for us is to see Phelps swim live. Of the group of us going, none of us have seen that.
